N.B RCMP investigating suspected arson after two vehicles lit on fire.

At 7:30am on November 18th, 2017, Riverview RCMP detachment received a report of two vehicles that were on fire on Buckley Rd, in Harewood, N.B.

Between the hours of 6:45-7:15am that morning the vehicles were set on fire while the owners were hunting.

They are looking for more information on who set the vehicles in flames, as it is being suspected as arson. Both vehicles were lost.

RCMP Statement:

On November 18, 2017 at around 7:30 a.m., Riverview RCMP were called to a report of two vehicles on fire. The vehicles were located two kilometres down the Buckley Road in Harewood, near Salisbury.

The owners of the vehicles had arrived at 6:45 a.m. to go hunting. Sometime between 6:45 a.m. and 7:15 a.m., it appears someone set both vehicles on fire. Both vehicles were a total loss.

Anyone who may have been in the area at the time or has any information is asked to contact the Riverview RCMP at 506-387-2222.
