The RCMP are asking for the public’s help in locating 28-year-old Tyler Fillmore. He was reported missing on November 26th, 2017, and they did find his vehicle the same day near John A Trenholm Rd.
According to police in a nearby wooded are there were personal items of Fillmore’s that were found. Today they have extended their efforts by adding RCMP Air Services and Underwater Recovery Dive Team, and the Department of Fisheries and Oceans on top of having Ground Search and Rescue, Police Dog Services, and local fire departments.
The Southeast District RCMP is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 28-year-old man from Upper Cape, N.B., about 14 kilometres east of Port Elgin.
Tyler Fillmore was reported missing to police on November 26, 2017, around 9:45 a.m. Later that same day, his vehicle was located off John A Trenholm Road in Port Elgin. Some of his personal belongings were found on a nearby wooded trail.
Ground Search and Rescue, Police Dog Services and local fire departments were deployed and searched the area that night. On the morning of November 27, 2017, the search was joined by RCMP Air Services and Underwater Recovery Dive Team, as well as the Department of Fisheries and Oceans.
Tyler Fillmore is described as Caucasian, 5’7″ tall, weighing 142 pounds with a slim build with red hair and green eyes.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Tyler Fillmore, or who may have seen him during the day on November 26, 2017, is asked to contact the Southeast District RCMP, Sackville detachment, at 506-364-5023.
